Mat pilates can be done with very few props, but to crank up the difficulty we have included a set of equipment to help you achieve a better work out. Firstly, our ankle/wrist weights can be used on your arms and legs to increase the difficulty of exercises, along with our Resistance bands that can also increase the difficulty and work the inner thigh and glutes. we have also included the Yoga ball which is perfect for abdominal work.
