Our Yoga Instructor

Sasha is an international Yoga and Pilates instructor and owner of platform Sasha Alex Studio. Following her dance degree, she has completed 550 hours of Yoga training and is also certified in STOTT Pilates, Barre and Fitness. Over the last 7 years Sasha has taught in studios, at events and retreats internationally. Her classes are designed to build strength and flexibility and to help you to feel more at home in your body. You can practice with Sasha anywhere on her online studio
